Authorized and Certified.

Class 2 License for Insurance Company: Issued by the Financial Commissions of Barbados on February 27th, 2023. This license signifies that we meet the stringent financial requirements and operational standards set forth by the regulatory body.

Certificate of Incorporation: Registered under the Companies Act of Barbados under Section 308. Our date of incorporation is April 12th, 2022. This certificate confirms our legal establishment and adherence to Barbadian corporate governance regulations.
