Yashin has 28 years of experience both in the domestic market as well as the international market. His area of expertise is general insurance both motor and non-motor. He is a qualified ACII- Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute UK, besides being a Fellow of The Insurance Institute of India (FIII), he also holds a Masters In Business Administration (MBA) from NIIBT- (Ireland).

He is conversant in both Treaty & Facultative business. He is a proud supporter of digitalization and modern AI capacities.

He is now the Deputy CEO for the Mauritian operations and supervises the African transactions.
